Cancellation policy
Changes and cancellation must be notified in writing (e-mail, fax or post) to the Congress Secretariat.
If notice of cancellation is received by the Registration Office before February 18th, 2008 the full amount minus administrative fee of 10 EUR will be reimbursed. No claim for refunds whatsoever will be accepted after February 17th, 2008. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
